Adjudicator terms

These terms apply to adjudicators appointed by RICS to review project disputes on miidle. miidle does not choose the adjudicator or the outcome. The fee is as set out in the RICS fee schedule. Where a figure is still to be confirmed, it is not due on appointment and it is not taken when the report is served.
The adjudicator reviews the shared record and the indexed evidence report. miidle carries out the operative payment instruction when the final decision is issued.
Adjudicators must declare conflicts of interest and keep the case confidential. A service or conduct complaint does not suspend the instructed payment.
Fees
Fees are as set out in the RICS fee schedule. A figure that is still to be confirmed is not replaced with an amount on this page.
